Tcha Steve

Founder & Director, Children Ministers Institute

A Lifelong Journey of Service

Tcha Steve's history of service is rooted in faith, education, and community care. His journey began early—while still in high school (Form 1)—when he started teaching Sunday School, a commitment that continued for more than 40 years. This early calling shaped his passion for mentoring, spiritual formation, and leadership development across generations.

Professional Expertise & Heart for Healing

Alongside his ministry work, Tcha Steve pursued professional training in clinical psychology and nursing, gaining extensive experience in mental health, emotional well-being, and physical care. This unique combination provided him with a holistic understanding of human needs—addressing mind, body, and spirit.

Leadership & Community Transformation

To strengthen his impact, Tcha Steve undertook leadership training, equipping individuals and community leaders with practical skills grounded in servant leadership, integrity, and accountability. His work further expanded into Community Health Evangelism (CHE), where he integrated faith-based outreach with community health education and empowerment.

This Institute is shaped by decades of faithful service, professional expertise, and deep commitment to holistic community development.
